Golden Pitch Rules and Release From Liability

You will be required to sign a release form identical or closely similar in intent and content to the one below when you pick up your tickets to pitch.  Among other things, the form affirms that the material you will pitch is yours. In addition, it releases the Screenwriting Expo and participating pitch executives from liability for claims that your idea was misappropriated at the pitch festival.  Many writers have similar ideas.

If you do not consent to signing the release below, DO NOT buy pitch tickets.  Tickets are not refundable.
