Liability Waivers
By registering for and/or attending The 2007 Screenwriting Expo in any capacity (including, but not limited to registrant, speaker, exhibitor) you agree that Inside Information Group, Ltd., and the Screenwriting Expo are not liable for any personal injury, death, theft or other torts that may occur at The Screenwriting Expo.

Refund Policy
We will refund registration fees minus a $20 processing fee under the following terms only:

1. The refund request must be made in writing(letter, email, or fax), addressed to: Customer Service, Creative Screenwriting, 6404 Hollywood Blvd Suite 415, Los Angeles CA 90028, Fax (323) 957-1406, email customer.service@creativescreenwriting.com.

2. The refund must be sent (postmarked, email received, or fax received) by October 1, 2007.

3. Subject to the $20 processing fee, we will refund registration fees, event ticket fees, networking party tickets, CS Open fees, and tickets for The Golden Pitch Tournament. Entry fees for The 2007 Screenwriting Expo Screenplay Contest are non-refundable.

4. Any badge or ticket already sent to the person requesting the refund must be received before the refund will be processed. You bear sole responsibility for tickets and badges lost in transit.

5. No refunds will be granted in response to requests received after October 1, 2007.

Explanation And "Next Year" Clause Added 11/11/2007:
This explanation of the refund policy, and our "Next Year" benefit for no-shows was added to the above after the Screenwriting Expo was held.

Pitch Meeting Disclaimer
The Screenwriting Expo secure agreements to appear from each producer prior to announcing the producer's committment to the Pitch Meetings. Unfortunately, for any number of reasons, one or more producers may be unable to appear or may not arrive at their scheduled time. The Screenwriting Expo will have back-up producers available to hear pitches in the event that any pitchees are unable to meet their contractual obligation. In the event that a producer does not appear, a make-up pitch will be arranged with one of our back-up producers. Make-up pitches are available in lieu of refunds. The Screenwriting Expo cannot be responsible if a producer does not meet his or her contractual obligation.
