We chose the
Los Angeles Airport Hilton and w are negotiating with an
overflow/economy alternative hotel for reasons including the
quality of the meeting space, their guest
room rates, the short and convenient walk between the two, and
your safety.
Some respondents to our surveys have
indicated that they wanted cheaper hotels than in the past. One
big advantage of the airport location is that unlike downtown Los
Angeles, the less expensive hotels are in the same relatively safe
neighborhood as the higher-priced hotels, with no need for cab fare
between them.
The second hotel will be announced when we have firmed up that deal.
